Welcome to "Tsnyanskaya ohota" Kennels where we specialize in breeding world class purebred standard Borzoi (Russkaya Psovaya Borzaya).

"Tsnyanskaya ohota"  is a small family run kennel nestled in Belarus. We strive to breed a balanced FCA registered terrier from proven bloodlines, always placing emphasis on temperament and correct conformation.

The literal meaning of the word Borzoi is swift, light and agile.

The history of this breed is closely linked with the history of its country of origin, Russia.

The Borzoi was an exclusive breed in pre-war Russia; only the aristocracy and the Tsar were allowed to own them.

Consequently there were few kennels but the kennels that did exist were kept in a high state of perfection with no regard to cost.
